Working Principle
In a standard separator, all screening occurs on a single deck. But in the A.S. model, the upper screen deck is smaller and sits above the normal-sized bottom deck.
Material enters at the top and is quickly distributed over the smaller upper deck, which handles a large percentage of the total load. The finer portion that passes through then flows to the lower full-sized deck, where final separation occurs.
