Working Principle
The system uses air-lift cylinders that connect to pre-installed brackets on the separator frame. Once positioned and secured, the operator activates the control box to raise the frame, allowing safe screen removal and replacement.
Two safety brackets are inserted during the lifting phase to hold the upper frame securely while the screen is changed. Once done, the frame is lowered and locked back into position — without heavy manual lifting or alignment errors.
