Working Principle
The ultrasonic system works by generating high-frequency electrical energy (30–38 kHz), which is converted into mechanical vibrations by the converter. These vibrations are transmitted to the resonator ring mounted on the screen frame.
The ultrasonic wave oscillates at around 5 microns amplitude, causing:
- Micro-vibrations across the screen mesh
- Reduced surface tension between fine particles
- Disruption of electrostatic bonding or clumping
