• Rescreen (Screen Repair / Remeshing) Send your old tension ring to us to make a complete screen back to you.

2. Confirm Machine Brand

• AMKCO Machine: proceed to the next step

• Non-AMKCO Machine: please provide clear photos and key dimensions so our team can evaluate compatibility

3. Information Collection

Depending on your machine and service type, please specify:

• Screen size

• Mesh specification

• Quantity required

4. Technical Evaluation & Quotation

Our technical team will:

• Review the provided information and photos

• Verify screen specifications

• Evaluate technical feasibility. Whether the tension ring need to be modified.

• Request additional details if necessary

• Prepare and send a quotation with estimated lead time

5. Customer Confirmation

After reviewing our quotation, the customer:

• Confirms order details, quantity, and specifications

• Issues a Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation

6. Sending Screens (for Rescreen Service)

For rescreening jobs:

• Customer ships the used screens to AMKCO Siam, or

• AMKCO Siam arranges pickup, if agreed in advance

7. Production & Quality Check

Our production team will:

• Manufacture new screens or perform rescreening

• Conduct a thorough quality inspection before delivery

8. Delivery or Collection

• Customer collects the finished screens, or

• AMKCO Siam arranges shipment to your location
